Sustaining Tenancies

This is a FREE prevention service, aimed at supporting people to maintain their tenancies. We work with landlords and tenants to address issues that are putting the tenancy at risk. This service is available in Nelson, Tasman, Greymouth and Hokitika. People can self-refer to this service. See the Housing Referral Form on this site.

Transitional Housing

This is emergency housing of a temporary nature. We currently have 10 properties in Nelson and 15 properties in Blenheim. Currently Referrals are only only accepted from MSD (Work and Income NZ).

Community Housing

Gateway is a registered provider of Community Housing and committed to contributing to the provision of warm, safe housing in our community. At this time we do not have any available homes but we will update as this changes.
