Andrew Bridge - General Manager
After attaining a Degree in Communications in Edinburgh Scotland, Andrew worked in Marketing Services and Recruitment before relocating to New Zealand in 2003 and crossing into the Social Services sector. Over the Last 15 years Andrew has held leadership and management roles in the NGO sector across Disability Services, Tertiary Education and Mental Health.
Andrew is passionate about delivering services that nurture, empower and allow service users to realise their dreams and aspirations.
Outside of work Andrew enjoys snowboarding, skiing, boating, surfing, spending time with his two boys and playing guitar in a band with a group of mates!
Vicki Barton – Operations Manager
Vicki has 30 years of experience in nursing and leadership roles in the Wellington and Nelson regions. Overseeing Gateway’s adult services, including community support in Nelson Tasman and Marlborough, and supported activities service in Motueka, Vicki brings significant Clinical experience and QMS strengths to the organisation.
In her spare time, Vicki enjoys time with her family and looking after her twin dogs (a labrador-collie and a chihuahua).
